We currently offer free shipping within Germany, as well as international shipping to select countries. The shipping costs and estimated delivery times will vary depending on your location and the size and weight of your order.

This option typically takes 3-5 business days within Germany and 7-14 business days for international orders.
Express Shipping:
If you need your order to arrive more quickly, we offer express shipping options that typically take 1-2 business days within Germany and 3-5 business days for international orders.
Please note that the estimated delivery times are based on business days and do not include weekends or holidays. Also, the shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and will be based on the weight and size of your order, as well as your shipping location.

Order Processing:
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 2:00 pm (Central European Time) will typically be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm (Central European Time) will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Please note that during peak seasons, such as holidays, order processing and shipping times may be delayed due to high order volume.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your order and estimated delivery time.

RETURNS

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of purchase.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
